This was my first experience with this Dentist, but certainly will not be my last. from the minute I walked in this was just an outstanding visit. The waiting room is as peaceful as a spa and complete with beautiful music and candles. The staff are so sweet and helpful very courteous, But the best thing was the actual cleaning which was virtually painless, and I had many many cavities. The hygienist working with him was like a magician. between the two of them You barely knew you had water in your mouth. I super appreciated that because my last cleaning At another practice felt like I was being water boarded. This Dentist is highly skilled and knowledgeable beyond his fantastic technique, and I look forward to completing my Dental journey here with him.

I spent almost 4 thousand dollars there for 2 crowns and 8 cavities. My bite is off. I was pain shamed. The work is sloppy and I have sharp fragments in between my teeth. I was told to just keep my tongue from going into the sharp areas after she tried to buff them out. I had to remind the lady to change the plastic on the handle light. The mouth wand looks like it has never been cleaned. Terrible bedside manners. Her hair kept swing in my face grazing my lips. Her hair was major sanitary issue. She was throwing the implements on my chest with no care or gentleness. If I knew these things we would have not gone there. I went there because she matched the groupon Rate I will not return and do not recommend. She works fast and sloppy. 0 stars.

From the moment you walk into this beautiful office, you are greeted by the office manager with a heartfelt smile. The office is so soothing and relaxing. You feel like you’re at a spa. The Dentist is absolutely amazing. She has excellent bedside manners and you can tell she genuinely cares about your oral health. The hygienist is also amazing and patient. This is the place to come to if you are looking for a professional and caring Dentist office. You’re not just a patient. They treat you like a VIP.

Amazing experience at Pompano Family smiles. From the front desk to Dr. Cynthia and her staff, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and very professional. The office is nice and cozy, and Dr. Cynthia took the time to explain everything in detail to me and my son, making us feel comfortable and informed. Highly recommend ⭐️

I came in as a walk‑in and Dr. Cynthia Alfonso took me right away. She was professional, kind, and affordable. I went back a few days later just to make sure everything was healing correctly, and she checked it without hesitation and put my mind at ease. I’d definitely recommend her.
